IX Caucasus Mathematical Olympiad 2024

The 9th International Mathematical Olympiad for school students Caucasus Mathematical Olympiad will take place on March 11-16, 2024, in Maykop, Republic of Adygea. The Olympiad is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Adygea and the Caucasus Mathematical Center at Adyghe State University.

The Olympiad aims to establish a shared cultural and educational environment for children from Southern Russia and the countries of the Caucasus region and the Black Sea as well as to facilitate friendships among school students interested in Mathematics across different countries.

The Caucasus Mathematical Olympiad consists of two age leagues:

  • Junior League: Grade 8-9 Russian students and students of
    equivalent grades in participating countries;
  • Senior League: Grade 10-11 Russian students and students of
    equivalent grades in participating countries.

The Olympiad is open for Grade 8-11 students from Southern Russia (Southern and North-Caucasus Federal Districts) and students of equivalent grades from other countries to participate in the Olympiad.

Besides competitions, participants of the Olympiad will get acquainted with the nature, history, and culture of Adygea. The program will include lectures on Mathematics and Natural Sciences, as well as various cultural, entertainment and sports activities.
